Lee’s Taekwondo Academy

Lee’s Taekwondo Academy was first established in Korea in 1967 by Grand Master Lee, a 9th Dan black belt who has been practicing Taekwondo since the age of 10. Lee’s Taekwondo Academy was then established in Adelaide in 1973.

With 6 different branches around Adelaide, we teach a traditional style of Taekwondo, which is a Korean style of martial arts, known as Moo Duk Kwan style and are also affiliated with the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF).

Taekwondo

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art of self-defence, it is one of the most effective and powerful arts of self-defence. Taekwondo can be learned by young and old alike; even people who are disabled.

Importantly Taekwondo will keep the participator in good health and fit. Taekwondo has been developed for over 20 centuries in Korea. Its main feature is a free-fighting style of self-defence arts using bare hands and feet.
